CENTRAL.   This traditional Italian restaurant serves some excellent dishes in a comfortable, yet fairly elegant environment. The menu changes with the seasons, and features such entrées as Australian lobster and pan-fried foie gras. The Italian wine list is admirable, and the Italian dessert biscuits, which arrive at the customer's table on a platter, are a great way to top off this dining experience.
