TSIM SHA TSUI.   This casual Italian restaurant is located in the basement of the Grand Stanford Harbour View Hotel. The interior of the restaurant is relaxed, with an almost market-like appearance. With signature dishes like orecchiette with Boston lobster, it's easy to see why Mistral is so popular with the locals.
