CENTRAL.   Indochine 29 attempts to capture the romanticism of pre-war European colonialism. In keeping with the theme, this Vietnamese restaurant, located on D'Aguilar Street, resembles a French veranda from the outside. The staff also dresses in traditional Vietnamese costumes, adding much to the atmosphere. The menu features such specialties as Hanoi fish, cold spring rolls, and hot and sour fish soup. Have been enjoying this fine establishment for many years. It consistantly maintains it's position as one of the top five restaurants in Hong Kong, in my opinion.
