CENTRAL.   Built directly above the Tai Koo MTR station, Cityplaza's anchors are Marks & Spencer, Toys"R"Us and the Wing On Department Store. The variety of shops is great, with plenty of international chains and designer names among them, such as Arnold Palmer, DKNY, United Colors of Benetton, Calvin Klein, Crabtree & Evelyn and L'Occitane En Provence. The mall also has more than 30 eateries, from fast food to upscale sit-down restaurants, but perhaps its biggest draw is the ice skating rink.   (© 10Best)
