CENTRAL.   The popular social climate makes this a well-frequented sector of Hong Kong. The main street is closed off to automobiles, making this a pedestrian-oriented district. Located in an older part of Central, fans of international cuisine will be quite pleased with the variety of top-notch restaurants that are located here.
