Practically everything found in the sea is treated to Chinese spices and preparation, resulting in scrumptious steamed fish, Maine lobster, prawns, abalone, and crab. Flavors are well-balanced, and the quality of the cuisine is consistently top-notch, as regulars are sure to communicate.
