MOILIILI.   Homemade broth, fresh udon noodles, and meat-and-vegetable toppings go far to recommend this much-loved island eatery. Although parking can be difficult and you'll generally encounter a line, you shouldn't be dissuaded from experiencing freshly created dishes that are a revelation in noodles.
