DOWNTOWN.   The tapas craze comes to Honolulu in the appetizing form of Hiroshi Eurasion Tapas, the brainchild of chef Hiroshi Fukui. Part of the D.K. Restaurants family, this trendy spot distinguishes itself with inventive fusion cuisine, blending the familiar flavors of Europe with exotic flavors from Asia. Tapas range in price from $8 to $16 and include foie gras sushi in teriyaki glaze and seared sea scallops with crispy salami and cilantro pesto.
