2. Cattle Company Steakhouse

Every time I have went to this restaurant I have never gotten in because the wait is excessive. The hostess has routinely reported that the wait time is 1 hour and when you look at the dining room, multiple tables are empty. I recently tried to get in on Valentines Day for lunch with my family and was subsequently told again that the wait would be 1 hour. We agreed to wait and proceeded across to the strip mall area to a store which we spent 20 minutes in and then left to wait outside the restaurant the remaining 40 minutes. After 1 hour I went in to pulse the hostess on how much longer it would be and she could not find my name on her sheet and reported to me that my name must have been called already...I agreed to wait a little longer for a table in a very upset mood only to watch the staff take a party ahead of me with the same number. As far as I am concerned the wait staff are incompetent and they don't care about you as a customer. I plan to pass the word about my experience with this restaurant with my peers in the Navy on the island maybe that will change this restaurant's view on customer service when they begin to lose money. This place ruined my day with my wife.

Just like the steakhouses in Texas! Great southwestern-style atmosphere and even greater beef. Very generous portions from chefs who know how to prepare a good cut of steak.
