73. T-Bone Tom's Steakhouse

Worth the 40-minute drive south of town. Lovely setting next to the infernal highway, delicious barbecue that is tender, succulent, slightly tangy. Reminds me of Carolina-style, with a tex-mex twist. Jalapenos really set off the meat well. Live music doesn't hurt, either. Way better than Pappa's.
