8. Pappas Bar-B-Q

Somehow they sucked the life out of the meat
Best-looking, best smelling, tender meat you will ever see, however the flavor was surprisingly bland. The sauce was caramelized well, but there was a little too much vinegar, and not enough kick. I would venture to guess they boiled their ribs before short-grilling them. The sides were quite bland, too, but I did enjoy the cole slaw. If I had to eat it again, I would, but I am not going out of my way to get it.
