3. Burns Bar BQ

Best texas-style you will ever eat
Recent trip to Houston area allowed me to sample some good BBQ. Went to Pappas, etc. but Burns was by far the best. Funky little place, carcinogenic cloud hanging over the counter, bread was just Wonder, pickles and onions were served on the side in baggies, but the meat was absolutely delicious, and not slathered in texas ketchup, neither. I had to make yummy sounds on every bite. Smokey, but not overly. Tender, succulent, flavorful in every way. A true orgy in your mouth.

Burn's is not that good. BBQ is ok. Bean are from a can. Ribs are ok.
