The restaurant's rich, flavorful dishes don't shy away from meats or butter but they do present an indulgence you'll want to savor. Begin with pan-fried foie gras or Dracula's garlic cream soup, and then move on to wiener schnitzel, homemade spaetzle, grilled lamb chops, a dry-aged rib-eye, or the unusual seafood choucroute.
