RICE VILLAGE.   This tiny notions store is packed floor-to-ceiling, and shoppers who can remember the days of Shirley Temple and penny candy recognize that even the smell is the same. During the holidays, owner Ben Klinger adds specialty items to his stock. If there are Groundhog Day decorations to be found, this is where you'll find them.
