DOWNTOWN.   Nestled between the Ohio River and downtown Huntington, Harris Riverfront Park is a premiere gathering place, especially when outdoor festivals, concerts, and other special events are on the slate. Indeed, two of Huntington's most popular annual events are held here: the Huntington Symphony's Picnic with the Pops and Freedomfest.
