Unethical business practices
The only thing good in this place was the band. The bar tender easily marked-up the price of my TAB by 20%. When talking with my co-worker about it the next day, he replied, 'the Kaffeeklatsch is well-known for ripping off their customers with high prices'... Today I checked my bank account and they even marked-up the TIP by $11. This establishment (or lack of) is a scam, unprofessional, and will be reported to the BBB.

Well established, friendly, downtown bar, known for it's eclectic music and diverse clientele. It is small, and smoky, but a cool atmosphere and there are tables and chairs out on the sidewalk where you can still hear the music. I've always been comfortable going there alone, as a female. Meeting friends there is even better.
