HYANNIS PORT.   Outdoor dining takes the cake at this casual restaurant, which offers canopies and heated decks for all-weather fun. An air-conditioned interior is also available, along with two bars. If you want to drink, you'll find plenty to choose from, and if you crave food, the menu features lobster fritters, bacon-wrapped scallops, fried clams, sirloin tips, grilled chicken, and a seafood caesar salad.
