7. Naked Oyster Bistro and Raw Bar

HYANNIS.   A stylish interior belies the fact that Naked Oyster is practically generic from the outside. Still, that does nothing to diminish the inviting ambience and terrific food. Fresh seafood reigns, and oysters come both raw ("Pedro" adds cilantro, lime juice, and tri-pepper salsa) and dressed ("Barbecued Bleu" features bleu cheese, caramelized onion, barbecue sauce, and bacon). Entrees include pan-seared scallops, steamed lobster, grilled filet mignon, Thai shrimp, and pork medallions. A fantastic wine list offers plenty of by-the-glass selections.
