HYANNIS.   Frequently recognized for its impeccable sushi and delicious cuisine, this Japanese restaurant is a real find in Cape Cod. Have some shumai or edamame to spark the appetite, and move on to great sushi rolls, as fresh as you'd expect with the ocean so near. Sushi dinners are available too, along with teriyaki or noodle selections.
