HYANNIS PORT.   Spanky's waterfront setting is heightened by outdoor dining, a blue-and-white color scheme, and a wealth of fresh seafood. The raw bar serves great clams, oysters, and mussels, along with other appetizers. They make a good introduction to steamed lobster, broiled cod, a bowl of bouillabaisse, or even a NY strip. Fried seafood dinners are also delicious, as is the signature clambake, with steamer clams and live lobster. A full bar and live weekend entertainment up the ante on a good time as well.
