3. Four Seas Ice Cream

CENTERVILLE.   Inside a simple, white clapboard building is the Cape's oldest ice cream shop, begun in 1934. In season, folks line up daily for two dozen flavors of premium ice cream, created right on the premises. You might try, for example, cantaloupe, rum and butter, fresh peach, coconut, or black raspberry. Homemade toppings increase the decadence, and yogurts, sherbets, and sorbets are also available. At lunch, Four Seas serves great sandwiches, like the popular lobster salad and the cream cheese, date, and nut. You can also buy pints and quarts to go.   (© 10Best)
