I joined Highlife Adventures after moving to the area last September. I knew no one here and as a single woman, did not feel safe exploring the city by myself. I found myself spending a lot of weekends at Target, just to get out of the house or sitting in a car for 3 hours to visit family/friends back home. I was going stir crazy! Highlife Adventures is a club for single adults and they plan a ton of events every month. I love the fact that they interview their memebrs before they invite them to join, so I knew I wasn't going to be meeting creepy, weird, scary people.
I have gone skydiving, hot air ballooning and dozens of other events. I even met a guy that I've now been dating for over 3 months! Its not a dating service, but you are being interested to people that share your interests, and HLA promises its not a dating pressure situation, but it happens. It did for me at least. Keep up the great work!
