10. Ugly Monkey

It's all-out fun at this quirkily named dance spot where ladies never pay a cover. It's all about dancing to the latest music at the Monkey. DJs regularly do their thing, with live performances thrown in every now and again. Music varies, with hit favorites from the 60s to present day. The bar serves well-mixed cocktails, bottled and draft beer and wine, and a limited menu is available as well (appetizers, salads, burgers and sandwiches). An outdoor deck is popular during cooperative weather. Be sure to dress up a bit; no athletic wear, white t-shirts, baggy pants, skull caps, hats or gaudy jewelry.   (© 10Best)
