This elegant establishment has been pleasing locals and visitors alike with impressive steaks since the beginning of the 20th century. While 14-ounce filets are available for patrons with smaller appetites, the 32-ounce prime rib is sure to satisfy the hungriest of diners. Also a hit is the jumbo shrimp cocktail, served with an unforgettable homemade horseradish sauce. The wine cellar boasts more than 15,000 bottles, and the tuxedoed waitstaff are attentive and knowledgeable about selections.   (© 10Best)

Service was superb, lighting a little dark, atmosphere was calming and relaxing for a nice meal. Food: shimp cocktail which is what they are famous for...sauce is very spicy and good, expect to burn the nositl a little and clear the sinus, however with out the sauce the shrimp was very bland no taste at all. Navy bean soup was excellent!!!! Salads are a meal in themselves and the steaks are huge and cooked to perfection. Wine list is excellent, but really know what you want, be careful of prices. Waiters and staff are very attentive overall service was above and beyond, but meals are a little pricing. Overall an enjoyable dinner, a little expensive and I give them a rating of 3 mainly for service and size of portions.
