The wide variety and unusual flavor combinations make for a standout menu. Try their somewhat dubiously named T and A roll, tuna and avocado that is, or opt for their version of the California Roll, employing only fresh crab. Other notable faves include the Big Night Roll replete with portabellos, scallions and miso sauce wrapped with seared tuna and avocado; and the Po Boy Roll, panki breaded and fried kumumoto oysters with spicy remoulade, lettuce and grape tomatoes.
