CHATHAM ARCH.   Agio is a great place to grab a satisfying dinner, especially before or after going to the theater. The spacious interior has a modern bent, and the extensive menu presents a variety of tantalizing Mediterranean dishes. Cioppino (or "poor fisherman's stew") is the specialty, but dishes like sautéed pistachio-crusted salmon or lamb garnished with figs and pine nuts are equally satisfying.
