On the outskirts of the Culloden Battlefield lie ancient burial grounds that date back thousands of years. The cairn is made of a circular configuration of 11 stones, the tallest being nine feet high, and a series of interior chambers. The cairns are located in a breathtaking setting. A visit to these grounds is an awe-inspiring way to spend your afternoon.   (© 10Best)
