IOWA CITY.   This lush space in the heart of the city is a popular spot for whiling away warm summer afternoons or getting in some outdoor excercise. Home to the Riverside Theatre, the park also offers tennis courts, hiking trails, jogging paths, a winter ice-skating rink, a swimming pool and carnival rides.
