1. Koshu Wine Bar

JACKSON.   Housed at the back of the Jackson Hole Wine Company, the tiny but atmospheric Koshu Wine Bar offers an unusual Asian-inspired menu, but the real draw for most people is the wine. There are literally hundreds of bottles available in the retail shop and only a nominal corkage fee. About 15-20 wines are available by the glass as well, so it's simple to try something new. With so many choices, it shouldn't be difficult to find the perfect counterpart to the paella with clams, calamari and chorizo, or ceviche of lobster and sea scallops with mango.   (© 10Best)
