JACKSON.   Recipient of a number of national awards, Wild Sage is an intimate little restaurant with an exhibition kitchen. The casually elegant ambience, highlighted by a rustic river rock fireplace, is ideal for enjoying innovative fish, beef, and game dishes. The menu takes full advantage of seasonal produce, featuring such unique creations as ancho chili-rubbed beef tenderloin, marinated elk rack with roasted garlic potatoes, pan-seared halibut with pesto risotto, and Texas-style stuffed quail.
