6. Stiegler's Restaurant and Bar

TETON VILLAGE.   Chef and maitre d' Peter Stieglar offers entrees that are not gauged by portion, but by their excellent presentation and taste. The elegant decorations create a cozy but refined dining experience. A crackling fire warms the small adjoining bar. Stieglar's offers items that are as Austrian as it gets, and some say this may be the best restaurant in town. Try the Bauern Schmaus, a two-person platter of roast pork tenderloin, smoked pork, bratwurst, dumplings, sauerkraut and red cabbage.
