KALAMAZOO.   One of the community's true gems, KIA is dedicated to promoting and showcasing art in a variety of media and is known for its 20th-century American works. Among the museum's permanent holdings are items by Andrew Wyeth, Andy Warhol, Franz Kline, Ansel Adams and Ed Paschke. The permanent collection includes over 4000 works, and temporary exhibits may focus on works by local students, established regional artists, or masters such as Matisse, van Gogh and Picasso.   (© 10Best)
