KALAMAZOO.   This island-style nightspot is big with Kazoo's younger crowd, thanks to potent mixed drinks, beer specials, and dueling pianists who waste little time getting patrons fired up and singing along to Van Morrison or Jimmy Buffett favorites. A multi-level bar, Monaco Bay offers live music on the upper level and dancing downstairs.
