MARSHALL.   No shopping spree in quaint Marshall would be complete without stopping by this historic (1909) eatery, whose small-town hospitality and classic American fare have made it something of a state legend. The old-fashioned Centennial Room, which sports rustic timber walls and ceilings beams adorned with pithy remarks by famed American scholars, provides charming environs for enjoying Great Lakes whitefish, London broil, and maple syrup-flavored rainbow trout.
