KALAMAZOO.
A classic American breakfast joint, Uncle Ernie's sports an upscale diner aesthetic after a bizarre car wreck resulted in major renovations to the original establishment. Fortunately for regulars, changes weren't made to the menu, which includes everything from a country-style pork chop-and-egg plate to fluffy stacks of pancakes smothered in pure maple syrup. In addition, the lunch crowd is treated to a tasty array of sandwiches – nothing quite gets you through the day like an old-fashioned grilled ham and cheese.

Horrible Service
I've had far better breakfasts in and around town than Uncle Ernie's. We were left to sit at our table for a good ten minutes before a waitress even acknowledged us. No they weren't busy. She was snotty, rude, and slow. After about 15 minutes for waiting for to go boxes I finally asked the cashier and she was just as snotty and rude. The food isn't nearly as good as it was when the place was still small and Betty owned it. All and all the recent experience is a very big disappointment.
