This two-and-a-half-story, late-Victorian house was home to the state's most significant contributor to 20th century art, Thomas Hart Benton, from 1939 until his death in 1975. The home and carriage house were then converted into an art studio and now contain 13 original paintings, as well as many of the artist's personal belongings.   (© 10Best)
