7. Grand Street Café

I went on a first date with someone very special, and this place set the perfect ambiance. It was a very busy Friday night, but with our reservation ahead, we got right in, to a perfect table off to the side. Our wine was fantastic! Before our waiter would pour our wine, he poured a taste, so we could decide if we indeed liked it or not. I had their scallops, wow! My date had a filet mignon, it was wow also, cooked to perfection the first time, tender enough to not need a knife. The waiter gave us just enough space and time to enjoy each others company, but yet was on top of his service, which was magnificent! The window view overlooking the country club plaza was beautiful, and provided a perfect locale for people watching. This is a perfect date place! I highly recommend it! Go & Enjoy, like I did!
