WESTPORT.   The difference is in the dough at Minsky's. Made fresh daily at each location, it comes in five varieties: original, thin-crust, pan, honey and wheat, and herbed. Numerous toppings (including zucchini, alfredo sauce, and sauerkraut, along with more traditional options) are then piled high on your crust of choice, resulting in a pizza that many locals claim to be the best in town.
