PRINCEVILLE.   This lovely North Shore lounge is a delightful destination if you simply want to relax with a fruit-tinged cocktail and the beauty of pastel-hued sunsets. However, the place also charms those who love island music and jazz rhythms. Music, in fact, is so prominent that the lounge itself was named after a song from the musical "South Pacific." Go for the view The Happy Talk Lounge recently re-opened just a week ago. The place is stunning for a Bali Hai view. What a tragedy the music never showed up, there was one waitress to a packed crowd; hence the slow service. The food. Don't order it. The curry dish was a mere carrot and 2 small potatoes over rice. With so much farm to table freshness on the island, I'd expect so much more from this place. A real let down. Where was the management on opening week?
