KAPA'A.   The renamed Panda Garden restaurant continues to offer the same terrific food and ambience that locals counted on before the name change. The accommodating strip-mall establishment is a solid option for terrific Asian and Hawaiian dishes. A full bar lets you ease your way into dinner, which includes well-prepared fare like crab tempura, Peking duck, and an array of meat, seafood, and vegetable-based offerings.
