The cuisine benefits from a range of influences, as evidenced in fresh fish tacos, chicken satay, and veal piccata. The capable kitchen also delivers light pastas, salads, hamburgers, and perfectly cooked steaks, many dressed with complementary sauces. 	"Food woman" more than a month ago
We ate at the Bistro 4 out of the 12 days on Kauai and should have ate there all of them. Lots to try and all good.
