HANALEI.   Albeit small, this wonderful enterprise turns out some of the best south-of-the-border food you could imagine. It also boasts a Brazilian flair, thanks to the heritage of the chef and owner. Everything is prepared to order, utilizing Kauai's best produce and seafood, and the quality is evident in everything from homemade chips and salsa to grilled fish and enchiladas. Neide's Place is just the best in Kauai. I have to say It was the best brazilian we ever tried. Try te Mooqueca... Hmmmm I better stop here.
