HANALEI.   An intriguing restaurant where gourmet food is served on paper plates (local plumbing codes couldn't accommodate a dishwasher), Polynesia Cafe gets lots of praise from regulars. The place is open all day, so you can sample everything from huevos rancheros in the morning to seafood in the evening. At lunch, folks gobble up hamburgers, salads, and fresh fish sandwiches.
