KAPA'A.   Appearances can be deceiving at this restaurant, whose exterior belies polished dining, careful service, and delicious food. The menu runs the gamut, offering sandwiches, pastas, and steaks. However, seafood steals the show, and preparations include ahi sashimi, scampi, seared scallops, fried soft shell crabs, and a variety of fish dishes.
