5. Exchange Place

Once a vital stop-off point for weary travelers, Exchange Place takes you back in time. In the early 1900s, this spot served as a horse and currency exchange station. Today, it is a testament to that era as live demonstrations of the lost arts of spinning, weaving and candle dipping are given. Visit the log house, schoolroom, smithy shop and granary.
