Held annually in September, the Eastman company hosts a variety of races, including a 3K and a 10K. A health and fitness expo highlight the event as well as youth runs and racewalking challenges.

Held at Exchange Place (see Leisure Activities), this arts and crafts fair welcomes guests with the smells of home-baked goods, the sights of colorful crafts, and the feel of community spirit and fun. Get a glimpse of the basket weavers, the wood carvers or the folks making tangy apple cider and creamy apple butter.

A tradition for over 35 years, this storytelling festival sets the stage for flights of fancy and for imaginations to run wild. Nationally and internationally acclaimed storytellers descend on Jonesborough to wow audiences with their expert tale-telling abilities. Held in early October.
