3. Hibbert-Davis Coffee Gallery

My daughter and I have been to this place three times and have yet to get a decent drink. They can't even get hot chocolate right. I just handed the full cup back to the lady who made it. Haven't tried any of the food since making drinks seems to be so challenging at this place. I gave place 2 stars because we did enjoy the art. Save your money or take the extra time to drive to Starbucks. There's also a great coffee drive-thru place on Ft. Henry Drive right beside Pal's.

I've been to this place twice. The first time, there was a VERY loud band and my coffee was very weak. I don't think the barista knew what she was doing. The second time was today. I didn't get any coffee because it was so bad the last time, I didn't want to waste my money, but I did want to visit with friends meeting there. We could hardly have a conversation because the people at the table behind us were being SO loud. They were yelling, horsing around, etc. I assumed these were customers, but when I got up to leave, two of the people who had been sitting at the table were working behind the counter, still talking and joking loudly. The loud "customers" were actually employees! It was not a good experience. I doubt I will ever go back.

Hibbert-Davis affords everyone excellent Gourmet Coffee at an affordable price. Coffee is available by the cup with free refill or in to-go boxes for a meeting or function. An experienced Barista awaits your order for your favorite Expresso Drink, Cappuccino, Latte, Etc. You have your choice of twenty five Micro-Roasted Coffee varieties, whole bean or ground to your specification. Nice selection of soups, sandwiches, salads and sweets. The Homemade Chicken Salad on your choice of breads or Chicken Salad on mixed greens would be my choice as the signature entree not to be missed. What a wonderful atmosphere of interesting customers, conversation, and good advice. Local artwork and pottery, sold on consignment, brighten the walls. Look no further for a great place to curl up with a magazine, newspaper or book. Meeting rooms available to groups...Work, Civic, Social, Family and Fun.
