With a name like the South's Finest Chocolate Factory comes responsibility. To boast this title, a candy store needs cases of hand-dipped confections - white, milk, and dark chocolate varieties. Located in a historic building at World's Fair Park in downtown, South's Finest is well-stocked with blocks of fudge, a counter of nut clusters, and plenty of peanut brittle. For effect, throw in a Lucy look-alike picking buttercreams off a conveyor, and maybe you can call yourself the South's Finest Chocolate Factory. Otherwise, you got some 'splaining to do. Luckily, this Knoxville candy shop lives up to expectations (redhead and all). (from Southern Living)
