BRICKFIELDS. Just a short walk from KL Sentral train station in Brickfields, this center for the study of Buddhism is dominated by a towering contemporary pagoda. The surrounding compound includes a library and study center, a pagoda bearing Buddha images from around the world, and a shrine built by Sinhalese Buddhists in the 1800's. The Bodhi trees in the garden were grown from cuttings from the famous temple complex at Anuradhapura in Sri Lanka.
