3. Hard Rock Café

KLCC AREA.   Rock memorabilia adorns the walls and the food is good, but it's the friendly atmosphere that draws tourists and keeps locals returning. The café books great live bands and is a favorite of businessmen and travelers. The bar is spacious and has a terrific happy hour (think two-for-one) daily from 4pm-9pm. Probably the smallest Hard Rock Café in the world, it fills up fast and stays that way until late.   (© 10Best)
